1. Overview

At Workdesh, we strive to deliver transparent, reliable recruitment services for Indian businesses and job seekers. Job seekers use our platform 100% free of cost. This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies specifically to paid services purchased by employers (such as Paid Featured Job Postings and candidate skill-matching access).

2. Paid Job Postings

When an employer purchases a Paid Job Posting:

  • The paid plan immediately unlocks featured priority placement on the homepage, priority search ranking, and instant matching candidate profiles.
  • Because access to digital candidate profiles and automated matching is delivered immediately upon payment, fees paid for successfully activated job postings are generally non-refundable.

3. Eligible Refund Scenarios

We review and issue full or partial refunds under the following specific circumstances:

  1. Duplicate Transactions: If your account was charged twice for the same job posting due to a technical glitch or network timeout, the duplicate amount will be refunded automatically or upon notification.
  2. Payment Gateway Deduction Without Activation: If money was debited from your bank account, card, or UPI via Razorpay, Cashfree, or PhonePe, but the job posting failed to activate due to a server error, we will either activate your posting immediately or initiate a 100% refund within 24-48 business hours.
  3. System Cancellation: If a job posting is rejected by our administrative audit before going live due to platform policy adjustments not caused by fraudulent behavior, a full refund will be processed.

4. Refund Processing Timelines

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment source (Credit/Debit Card, Netbanking, UPI, or Wallet) used during the transaction:

  • UPI & Netbanking: 2 to 5 business days.
  • Credit / Debit Cards: 5 to 7 business days depending on the issuing bank.

To request a refund or raise a payment discrepancy, please contact our billing support with your registered email, Job ID, and Transaction ID:
